Thus: another Thrilling Adventure Hour character! If you remember, I last did The King of Coffee (in quite a different style), but this time we have Sparks Nevada's Red Plains Rider, given voice often by the freakishly talented Busy Philips. (Check out the musical episode. For reals.)
