Hey look! It's me! Blogging!

Hello friends. It has been a long time. Let me update you on what has gone down in the last 2 months since I've blogged, and even longer since I really blogged.

- Yes, I have a full time job. It is pretty great, but the good people really make it.

- I have moved out of my parents house into a beautiful apartment with a dear friend. We have a lot of fun. One of the best parts of this is I now live in the biggest room I've ever lived in... and I have a wonderful studio area. (Pictured, and that's only one corner of the room!)

So I now have comfortable enough room to paint and draw. Although not a whole lot of that has happened since living here for a couple months.

#1 Goal: Manage my time better! Schedules, calendars, self control - oh my! I need to figure this stuff out.

- I finished the new Missions Wall at my church, Crossroad's Bible Church! It was quite the learning experience, but it all came out great in the end. My dad put in a lot of hours making the panels and installing the monster on the wall. He did a fantastic job. I just designed and painted the thing. (Multiple times I thought and said, "Who designed this thing?! Oh right, that was me.")

It has been really well received, so that's been exciting. But mostly I'm glad it is done. :)

- I am now working with a the high school group at church, and have a wonderful group of freshman gals. They are a lot of fun and keep me on my toes - and totally remind me of myself 10 years ago. I can't wait to see how they grow and mature through the next 4 years.

- I have finished the Prologue and Chapter 1 of the web comic....and haven't touched it in a month. I really can't wait to start working on it right now, because the story is so good.

#2 Goal: Webcomic. Make it happen.


In conclusion - God has been so gracious and kind in giving me so much that I've been hoping for.
